Once in awhile an idea comes along that sounds good but this plan was fun from step one. We were so pleased with the way it turned out that we foresee a playhouse and doll house in future plans. The Gingerbread design has windows and doors and when adding inside lighting it comes alive. It has storage for books, pictures and radio, Textured outside paint gives a stucco effect, and Z-brick adds class. It has a swag roof, chimney, wood shingles and gingerbread trim. Hidden soffit outside reading lights can be installed. The thought of a little girl's enjoyment makes this project worthwhile.
